Seeking a part-time office assistant/bookkeeper to assist in organization and oversight of general office duties involving real estate and small business work. Must be motivated, energetic, punctual, highly-organized, and be able to multi-task.
Looking for 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures and invoices.
Assist in communicating with vendors
Accurately file all bills and charges
Answering incoming phone calls
Support owner in scheduling and managing daily, weekly, and monthly activities
Send and respond to e-mails
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Outlook
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Bi-lingual a plus
