We are a small insurance agency who is looking for a personal assistant/receptionist to help with various tasks. This is a great entry level job for those that want to look to get into the health insurance/Medicare industry gain a basic understanding of how to help others while assisting with administrative tasks.
The job duties are but not limited to:
Entry of customer data
Maintaining and organizing clients information
Scheduling of appointments
Answering calls
Receiving messages and directing them to the correct department or employee
Errands
This is a 40 hour per week position with potential for more hours during our busy season which occurs in the fall.
Pay will start at $12.50/hr with opportunity to earn bonuses.
