Prominent Kitchen Design firm has an Immediate, Full-Time job opportunity for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, as well as to assist with a wide variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide front desk support while assisting with accounting and project management tasks.
COMPENSATION: 16.00-20.00 / hour to start, based on work experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities – Receptionist:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk atmosphere.
- Greet visitors and clients and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the correct team members.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for office staff.
- Handle general office duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, etc
- Ensure the office and showroom are organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities – Administrative Assistant:
- Accounting Assistance
o Receive, process, and enter weekly timesheets into QuickBooks
o Receive, process, and enter weekly subcontractor invoices
o Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and document organization
- Project Management Support
o Help track ETAs for incoming parts and materials
o Update the Project Management Google Doc used to communicate with our Project Managers in the field
o Follow up on hardware orders and other project-related purchases
o Help maintain accurate records or orders, deliveries, and schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a professional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks, Google Docs and Sheets, and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A professional, friendly demeanor and a passion for customer service.
