We’re looking for a reliable Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls
Schedule appointments and maintain organized records
Assist with light office tasks (filing, data entry, basic paperwork)
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Support the sales team with leads and customer outreach
Requirements:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus!
