Seeking a talented HVAC New Construction Schedule Coordinator!
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC New Construction Schedule Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation schedules of HVAC systems for residential new construction projects in partnership with several large national builders. The position requires effective communication with project managers, builders, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update installation schedules for HVAC systems across multiple new construction projects.
Coordinate with national builders, project managers, and field supervisors to align construction timelines and ensure installations are on track.
Monitor project progress, identify potential scheduling conflicts, and implement solutions to avoid delays.
Communicate regularly with internal teams such as Purchasing, Accounting, Service, and Energy Calcs to relay project status and any changes in scheduling.
Utilize scheduling software to manage, track, and update all ongoing project timelines.
Provide exceptional customer service to builders and address any concerns related to project scheduling and coordination.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling or coordinating construction projects (preferably HVAC or related trades).
Familiarity with residential new construction processes and timelines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle last-minute changes and challenges.
