Key Responsibilities:
✅ Permit Processing & Compliance:
Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with city/county agencies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
Coordinate inspections and follow up on permit approvals.
✅ Administrative & Office Support:
Manage schedules, emails, and calls for project managers and executives.
Organize and maintain construction documents, contracts, and job files.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor communication.
✅ Project Coordination:
Support job site teams by gathering and distributing project-related documents.
Communicate with subcontractors, clients, and municipal offices regarding permitting and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date records of project deadlines and deliverables.
