What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for helping keep our distribution and production operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for customer orders.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments, inspect items for accuracy and damage, and organize them efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and minimize discrepancies.
- Staging & Labeling: Prepare materials for screen printing, including staging items according to production schedules and labeling inventory correctly.
- Equipment Use: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers (training and certification provided).
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanners, forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced setting
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
