We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shirt Catcher & Order Packing Associate to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Shirt Catcher & Order Packing Associate plays a key role in the production and fulfillment process. You’ll be responsible for catching and folding shirts as they come out of the dryer, and ensuring that shirt orders are accurately unpacked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Catch, fold, and sort shirts at the end of the dryer line promptly and neatly.
Inspect garments for quality issues such as stains, misprints, or defects.
Accurately unpack incoming shirt shipments and verify contents.
Pack outgoing shirt orders according to packing slips and shipping standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstations and packing areas.
Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Communicate effectively with the production and shipping teams.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Previous experience in a warehouse, screen printing, or apparel environment is a plus but not required.
