We are seeking a strong industrial maintenance mechanic.
The right candidate will be responsible for the repair and operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on the conveyor systems and various production machines/equipment on the production floor, warehouse and office.
Proven experience and ability to diagnose mechanical issues and determine the appropriate measures to get it corrected efficiently. Must be able to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including walking, climbing, standing, sitting, and lifting.
Primary Responsibilities of our Maintenance Mechanic:
Repair machinery, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment throughout the production floor and warehouse.
Inspect and diagnose the cause of the failure of the machinery to perform effective repairs.
Install, adjust and optimize equipment in effort to maximize efficiency.
Improve equipment by performing required preventative maintenance.
Perform facility maintenance as needed.
General everyday building maintenance and upkeep.
Required Experience for our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic:
Basic electrical troubleshooting ability.
Basic welding ability
Forklift certification
