Locally owned Commercial Cleaning company has immediate openings for part-time janitorial positions at facilities located in Pinellas County area. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in earning extra money. Adults who are retired or semi-retired are encouraged to apply.
The positions involve emptying garbage, dusting, cleaning sinks and toilets, vacuuming, mopping, etc. These positions require a reliable adult who is able to work independently. Prior cleaning experience is not necessary. If you have the right attitude and work ethic we will gladly train you.
We have various facilities available requiring cleaning from 1 to 3 hours per visit, one to five cleanings per week. We also have several Day Porter positions available Monday thru Friday. Qualified candidates should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised. We offer biweekly paychecks, as well as training and ongoing support and we also can provide future opportunities for additional accounts/hours/pay. All candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to pass drug, background and reference checks. Must be able to lift 35 pounds and must be able to climb stairs.

Compensation: $14.00-$16.00 per hour to start, depending on qualifications and location. Eligible for raise after 30-day probation period.
