JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A REPRESENTATIVE:
As a Customer Representative, you will assist customers with discovering the benefits and features of our American Made product and assist individuals with providing them with a solution for their needs.
Creating and maintaining relationships with clients
Responding to questions and concerns face to face.
Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate MUST have full-time availability. We are seeking someone who is coachable and always willing to learn. Motivation to exceed goals and have a positive, resilient attitude. This individual must have the willingness to help people every day.
Full-time availability
High School Diploma or equivalent
Be present and available (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Able to lift 30lbs and bend.
