Applicants must have lawn maintenance experience. Must be able to operate all hand/stick equipment used in lawn maintenance (stick edger, line trimmer, backpack blower, backpack sprayer, hedge trimmer). Driver's license is not a requirement, but is a plus. This position will be full-time doing (mostly) residential lawn maintenance. You will be trained in company procedures/expectations and expected to perform the work in that manner. During the off-season, you will be performing other tasks such as irrigation repair, plant installation and other landscaping related tasks. You will be trained in all these tasks before the work is expected to be completed.
We are a small, family-run company and take care of our employees. You will have direct contact with the owner on a regular basis and will be heard with any concerns and/or suggestions to help you better complete your job requirements.
After 3 months of satisfactory service, you will be given 2 weeks of paid holiday vacation time (week of Thanksgiving and week of Christmas).
