Food Truck assistant

Looking for a reliable, responsible, energetic, friendly person who will run the front of a food truck ; take orders, take payments, deal with customers, and also help in the kitchen as well. Must have reliable transportation. Being that its a food truck, we will be in different areas thru out the week, so we can always designate a meet up point, which will be near Fletcher Ave. But the truck will be frequenting Pasco / Hillsborough County.
