Touchstar Cinemas is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theater and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily theater operations, including staff supervision, ensuring all areas are properly staffed and performing to company standards.
Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive outstanding service and hospitality, handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate theater staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of concession supplies and theater materials, placing orders as needed.
Financial Oversight: Assist with financial management tasks, such as cash handling, banking, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry preferred.
Must be able to work an average of 45-50 hours per week.
Able to work up to 10–12 hour shifts, stand for extended periods of time, go up/down stairs while lifting/carrying up to 50lbs.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation with vehicle remaining on premises during your shift.
