Your ability to build trust and manage multiple priorities will be key to driving customer satisfaction and retention.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions.Present product updates, conduct training, and guide clients through onboarding.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Track account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.Resolve client concerns and provide proactive customer support.Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
