The ISG Organizational Governance Manager works in close partnership with the ISG Organizational Governance Lead and the Senior Leadership Team to drive the execution of ISG's tactical and strategic agendas. This is a senior-level position responsible for global governance, oversight, and program execution for a variety of projects within the ISG organization.Responsibilities:
Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership
Provide governance and oversight of key focus areas including hiring, diversity, scorecard management, and senior management reporting
Enhance existing and implement new reporting for tracking on the progress of our strategic business goals
Review and monitor key performance indicators across the organization
Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to senior management
Represent ISG in business-critical meetings / forums
Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in a business support, project coordination or HR organizational design role
Communications or marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Competency in analysis, data manipulation and reporting
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
