Any banking experience doing this is a big plus. Any Banking and commercial lending and credit is also a bit plus but not required. Will work with the tech teams on upcoming releases and work to design end user communications that could go from 50 people to 1500 people. This is not an instructional design position- corporate education would be something to consider as well.Role OverviewJoin a creative, inclusive, and delivery-focused team looking to transform how Client manages credit risk, corporate loans data, and operational processes. The Helios Readiness team within Product Management at Client is searching for a Communications Lead (VP) to manage the adoption of the new Helios credit risk management platform by users, stakeholders, senior managers, and technology teams with each release containing newly built features through the communication to end users.The role is within the Institutional Credit Management group, which includes Credit Underwriting, Transaction Management and Initial Data Capture, Portfolio Management, Collateral Management, and partners heavily with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Bankers. ICM Product Management alongside Loans Technology are building a new Credit Risk Management architecture and ecosystem for all of the Institutional Client Group – driving end-to-end delivery on a Front-to-Back strategy for loans and service model that fully supports, satisfies and anticipates the reporting needs of the business and our regulators.The right candidate will lead Communications and other stakeholders through building and executing effective and efficient communication. The candidate will need to work within the Enablement & Communications team and with Product Management partners to ensure consistent branding of Helios across all releases and coordinate grouping communications managed by other Lead VPs when they involve overlapping audiences. Excellent communication skills are required to digest the release in order to build user-targeted content, to influence a wide range of audiences, and implement strategic communication process changes for the team.Job Functions: Craft and deliver Helios communications to end users in business-friendly language given technical details. Create engaging communications for technology releases, including executive messages, business updates, success stories and feature changes. Ensure all communications content is updated and aligned with latest product information. Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver internal communication strategies for each release. Own the development of communications using content provided by Product Managers for each release and coordinate the communication schedule. Curate information with subject matter experts to ensure consistent and detailed communication for a wide set of audiences in the business. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the centralized knowledge repository. Document processes, best practices, and communication strategy to make continuous improvements to communication resources. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate communication.Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields 6 + years’ experience in corporate communications 6+ years’ experience working on large, complex, cross-functions initiatives utilizing a structured project management methodology. Experience working with and influencing a wide range of global and cross functional stakeholders. Background in developing the implementation of a corporate communication plan to support the business case and driving the implementation of the plan to deliver the final program objectives. Experience working in a global dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal + communication skills. Negotiation and influencing skills.
