Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Project Senior Manager for its Tampa, Florida location.Duties: Provide leadership of onsite and offshore teams and manage project timelines that are consistent with strategic business and technical objectives. Track and manage critical technology projects from initiation to successful completion. Responsible for the quality of the code written using Java, Python, SQL language for Hadoop, Cloudera, Spring, Machine Learning, frameworks with Impala, Hive, Hibernate, Oracle and DB2, MySQL data interfaces and ensure proper design review, code review, unit testing and integration testing. Responsible for building effective and robust technical platform for the Markets AML. Develop detailed project plans including resource plans. Responsible for technology knowledge management, adherence to strict Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) discipline and firm’s technology standards. Responsible for defining, within firm’s standard guidelines, controls for data management, reconciliation and any gaps identified for program’s data requirements. Use J2EE, Apache Tomcat, Websphere and Microstrategy to perform code packaging and release into respective application environments and planning. Responsible for managing Audit reviews; oversee corrective action plans in conjunction with AML Compliance, Operations and Business Lines. Use user interface design, JSP, Struts to build intuitive user interaction front end and reporting layouts. Use Linux, Win32, Shell Scripting, Autosys and Cron Jobs to perform code review of automated jobs, schedulers and release into respective environments and job monitoring, planning and resource allocation. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Marketing or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Project Manager or related position involving IT project documentation review and maintenance. 6 years of experience must include: Java, JSP, Struts; Hibernate, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, Websphere; Hadoop, Hive, Cloudera, Impala, Python; Linux, Win32, Shell Scripting, Autosys, Cron Jobs; Oracle, DB2; and Project Management activities.
