The HRIS Administrator is an essential part of the HR Compensation Team. This individual optimizes the efficiency of the HR systems through planning, implementation, ongoing maintenance, managing new developments, and end-user training. An ideal candidate brings Workday experience and demonstrates strong time management and critical thinking skills.Act as the lead system administrator by planning, executing, and implementing HRIS projectsServe as the technical contact by assisting with process enhancement opportunities for platform-related workflows, the testing of system changes, and the integration with other business applicationsOversee and facilitate continuous change management related to implementation, new developments, and integrationAnalyze system testing and user feedbackIdentify the root cause of issues impacting system functionality and user experienceSupport HR functions including people metrics, complex reporting, and predictive analyticsEnsure end users are properly trained for system use and SOPs are updated with current documentationAct as the liaison between the HRIS vendor and the Human Resources department, as well as other stakeholdersUtilize SQL to build reports and data analyticsMaintain knowledge of current trends, laws, policies, procedures, regulations, and issues affecting the area of expertiseAttend educational events to increase professional knowledgeAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
