Day to Day: Collabera is looking for a Business Process Analyst for a large healthcare company. This role is expected to provide insights to the Process Architecture team in conjunction with the Workflow & Intelligent Automation analyst in order to drive process simplification and consistency across claims systems Must Haves:
- 3+ years as a business process Analyst/architect (business side)
- Deep healthcare domain knowledge
- Strong experience understanding and building out a customer journey from scratch
- Proven experience driving process simplification within the healthcare industry
- Strong experience and knowledge working with EDI (834,835,837)
- Claims experience. They will own end-to-end claims for all markets on the business side. This needs to be the strongest of all candidates and should have experience with all the below.
- EDI for incoming claims (835) routing and member matching
- Adjudication and preadjudication
- Payment of claims, fulfillment of claim, claims tracking, making sure claims flow correctly
