Accounting Clerk

Description We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The role involves data entry, account reconciliation, and handling accounts payable duties. This role requires competency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics, and the ability to work independently. This is a promising position for someone who has experience in a company with multiple entities or high volume.Responsibilities: Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records Effectively manage accounts payable Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate record keeping Use Microsoft Excel and Dynamics for data entry and other accounting tasks Work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks Understand and manage the flow of transactions in high volume or multiple entities environments.This is a permanent position that will pay up to $47,000 depending upon experience. Requirements Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role with a minimum of two years Hands-on experience with Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Dynamics for data entry and financial tasks Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles Proficient in data entry and management Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
