Quotation Specialist/Customer Service ($25-35/hr)

Beulux is an LED Lighting manufacturer located in Riverview, FL. We are looking for a dedicated Quotation Specialist to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing quotations and dedicated support and service to our customers. The right candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills and a positive and upbeat attitude.

Gaining knowledge of products is essential. Beulux will train on product portfolio and quotation generation using Quickbooks and Excel.

Responsibilities:

Generate quotations, general customer service and technical support to customers via email or phone

Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers regarding products, order status, etc.

Serve as a primary point of contact to resolve inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally

Follow through order processing including order entry and management of orders until they are shipped

Maintain strong working business relationships with established and new customers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Other duties may be assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Meaningful experience in quoting or estimating similar products, lighting industry is preferred

Knowledge about electrical basics and construction is a plus

A quick learner with ability to work as a team and independently

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely

Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

Ability to respond and follow-up to calls and emails in a timely manner

Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Handle customer concerns and maintain a positive attitude
