Local Insurance Agency looking for part time customer service representative, experienced or trainee.
Job Description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
You will be responsible for servicing existing clients, working with renewing clients and also providing insurance quotes to new clients.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work in collaboration with other associates to meet customer's needs.
Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
Experience is great but we will consider a bright trainee.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable, friendly, easy to get along with.
Be organized with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple service requests, organize, and prioritize work.
This is a Part Time position. Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Flexible schedule within that time frame can be selected.
Salary plus paid vacation, holidays, personal and sick time.
