Local Insurance Agency looking for full time personal lines insurance agent.
Job Description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
You will be responsible for servicing existing clients, working with renewing clients and also providing insurance quotes to new clients.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work with other associates to meet customer's needs.
Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
Experience required. Prefer Florida 2-20 license however a qualified 4-40 will be considered.
Familiarity with Citizens Ins Co very helpful.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable, friendly, easy to get along with.
Be organized with attention to detail.
Ability to focus, organize, and prioritize work.
This is a Full Time position 35 hours per week. Our general office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
