Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Tide Cleaners. You will assist guests both in-person and over the phone, handle garment intake, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations, all in a climate-controlled, professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding service to every guest
Meet, greet, and assist valet drive-up customers at their vehicle
Welcome and support walk-in guests in the store
Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow register procedures
Follow all guest intake and service protocols
Assist with phone-based guest service needs and inquiries
Identify and consult on cleaning, stain, or finishing requirements
Inspect, tag, and log incoming garments for cleaning
Participate in ongoing training and development
Perform additional tasks as directed by management
Training Requirement
Please Note: This position requires attending a minimum of two weeks of training at our Valrico location: 1928 Bloomingdale Ave, Valrico, FL 33596
What We’re Looking For
Prior customer service experience (preferred)
Previous dry-cleaning experience (a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort with standing for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
