Responsibilities

Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the office database.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions.
Support multilingual clients by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
Experience in client services or a related field is preferred.
Ability to analyze information and provide solutions effectively.
Familiarity with office software and databases for record keeping.
Outbound calling experience is a plus.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
