Growing company seeks career-minded person. Job responsibilities include invoicing, confirming subcontractor work, preparing bids and follow-up with builders for payments. Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required. Accurately preparation of Accounting financials to company accountants. Working with multiple companies and supplying financial records to main accountants on a periodic basis.
Associates Degree required. Prefer minimum of three years working in a similar position. Accurate record keeping and organization is a must. Experience with new home construction is a plus.
This is a full-time position. Starting wage is $22 per hour. No benefits.
