Responsible for developing the implementation plan and executing the plan to completion for Disaster Recovery. Responsible for updating the Technology Support components of the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) with regards to Disaster Recovery preparedness plans and procedures that provide restoration of the department's mission essential functions, for up to thirty-day outage as defined in the COOP. Responsible for identifying and implementing current/future Microsoft tools and products into an Enterprise IT environment. These include, but are not limited to, collaboration tools such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online; and Microsoft cloud-based mobile device management and mobile application management tools such as Intune, BitLocker, Azure Active Directory joined, and Hybrid joined devices. Supporting remote software support solutions such as Dameware. Ability to troubleshoot and support teleworking employees. Create technical documentation for all supported software applications and hardware installations. Reconfigure workstations for new and existing clients. Work with other Data Center teams to set up new clients or change existing client's configuration of hardware and software.Position Responsibilities:Duties include, but are not limited to:Updating all devices to the latest agency-approved version of the Windows 11 operating system.Processing of Priority One applications.
