The scope spans all facets of GBS partner performance, from risk monitoring, KPI & SLA tracking and driving vendor commitments and innovation. This role will analyze monthly results and forecasts across all metrics and work with appropriate business partners to identify opportunities and drive accountability.Key Responsibilities:
Administer contract and manage change process
Manage GBS Partner Innovation Fund usage and governance
Partner with GBS team to optimize program results, ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met and align standard processes across all regions
Identify any supplier risks
Lead Governance calls with GBS provider
Prepare materials to support management presentations
Ad hoc analysis to drive efficiency
Role specific skills, competencies and experience:
A bachelor’s degree
5-plus years of related supply chain experience required
Excellent organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to deal with all levels of a global organization

GBS or other centralized services / entities including outsourcing
