As part of the Global Compensation Team, the primary purpose of this position is to support various reoccurring and annual processes that assure external competitiveness and internal equity of our management, professional and hourly employees, thereby helping to assure that the best employees are attracted, retained and motivated by our compensation systems.WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the design, rollout and payment of the global incentive plan by partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, HRIS and Finance. Lead the merit planning process, which includes: updating merit planning guidelines document, merit budget planning & approval, conducting training for HR Managers (primarily conference calls and Webcasts) and leaders, consolidating merit planning reports, preparing consolidated summary of final merit plan and administering the merit planning tool. Participate in the design of sales commission plans for various OpCos. Lead compensation framework. Maintain the master spreadsheet, add job families as needed, and ensure job codes and grades are reviewed and updated annually. Conduct pay equity analysis as needed. Ensure Vontier is compliant with applicable regulatory requirements regarding employee pay. Generate and analyze various reports using internal/external systems, Excel and other vendor sources for senior management. Update and maintain the Compensation page on company intranet. Additional duties and projects as assigned.WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field or equivalent years of experience preferred; 5-7 years of relevant experience Strong analytical and organization skills as well as attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced Global Organization Expert with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization Knowledgeable on all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferredWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUVontier partners with you and your family on your health and wellness journey. Your base salary will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.For this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in annual and long-term incentive plans.The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
