DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works with team leader and program owners for understanding of the functional and system requirements;

Works as a member of a small, multifunctional technical team;

Gather requirements for business processes;

Maintain existing applications by identifying and correcting software defects;

Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement;

Design, develop, and modify applications based on functional and system requirements;

Continuing education by investigating and developing skills in new technologies;

Document current and future processes that impact technology operations and services. Share created documentation to a central repository for use by other member of Information Systems;

Suggest procedural changes-if applicable - if applicable - to improve operations specific to Information Systems;

Continuously evaluate and improve efficiency of technology resources;

Perform related work as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Basic understanding of applications;

Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages) preferred;

Knowledge of Office 365 (MS Teams and SharePoint preferred);

Knowledge of Front End, Java Script, HTML, and CSS;

Knowledge of Back End Azure, SQL Data Storage and Retrieval, Store Procedures, Batch Jobs, and PowerShell;

Willingness to learn;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others;

Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments;

Strong critical thinking and research skills;

Ability to solve technical problems quickly and completely;

Ability to prioritize tasks and service requests;

Computer Science degree, web development, or applications development degree preferred.
