It is a responsible position and requires general office knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software. Candidate will work up to 24 hours a week. % of Time Task 40% Prepare outgoing correspondence: courtesy letters, commemoratives and certificates (birth and marriage certificates) 40% Prepare / scan various documents for records retention 10% Retrieve voicemails and log into tracking system 5% Make deliveries to various departments 5% Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills and abilities include utilization of office equipment and software and good communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
