Apply for our Division VP Cardiovascular Services Orlando Market role today!Job Summary and QualificationsJob Summary:The Division Vice President of Service Lines provides strategic leadership for North FL Division (NFD) service line strategic and functional leadership to support the service line growth initiatives, ensure physician engagement, continued recruitment, financial analysis, clinical program development, clinical excellence, capital planning and identification and development of best practices. This key leader represents NFD to both internal and external customers. The Div. VP Service Lines is responsible for implementing and expanding service line structure that aligns with the division’s vision, goals, and strategies to improve quality, service and growth. The DVP Service Lines will work collaboratively with physicians and market leaders to develop and execute an aligned Service Line Strategic Plan, and with the VP of Marketing to coordinate marketing efforts for the market.What you will do in this role:Including, but not limited to:

Formulates strategic planning and direction for Service Lines across the market, by developing and implementing business plans to support the continued growth, financial and clinical outcome success of the division.

Leads a cohesive organizational and governance structure that supports the hospitals, providing operational oversight for service line clinical activities and programs.

Forecasts future business and economic conditions in order to maintain financial viability of Service line initiatives.

Assesses effectiveness of current services, and supports the expansion or development of new product lines, services, or innovations that are consistent with hospital vision, mission and values to promote growth in overall volume.

Engages and supports service line physicians/surgeons, and Facility leadership to ensure service line program growth and outcomes across the market.

Collaborates and builds relationships with various departments and managers within the hospitals.

What qualifications you will need:

Master's Degree

7+ years of demonstrated experience with strategic planning, and business and growth development, 5+ years of job-specific experience in the healthcare industry, and 4+ years of related management/leadership responsibility preferred
