Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This role will primarily involve managing accounts receivable and payable, along with general administrative responsibilities for a company in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and play a crucial role in maintaining our company's financial health and success.Responsibilities: Utilize computer systems to accurately enter and manage invoices Verify invoices with their associated work orders to ensure accuracy Pay bills for accounts payable in a timely and efficient manner Conduct and supervise the maintenance of invoice files Regularly check balances against accounting receipt records Handle general company administrative responsibilities as assigned Use TOPS software to manage financial information and processes Leverage skills in Microsoft and Microsoft Excel to complete tasks and generate reports Apply knowledge and experience in the Real Estate - Condominium industry to perform tasks and make informed decisions Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English in a professional setting.If you are interested please call 786.801.5830 or [email protected] Demonstrated experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper Proficiency in using TOPS software Experience in the Real Estate - Condominium sector Ability to handle all aspects of bookkeeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with particular expertise in Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new technologies Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions High level of integrity and dependability Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements.
