We are seeking a part time Office Assistant in our Melbourne office to be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the TRG office. Duties include answering the phone, making the schedule, and scheduling appointments with customers. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing clerical tasks
Keeping an inventory and ordering material as needed
Maintaining files
Answering phone calls
Making phone calls to clients
Staying in touch with the service technicians
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees

Skills and Qualifications
Office Assistants should be an exceptional multitasker and will be responsible for coordinating other people’s schedules and must be incredibly well organized. Office Assistants needs basic skills with Microsoft software to send emails, manage calendars, and schedule work. Other important skills and qualifications for these professionals include:
