1. Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and

2. Work in rotating shifts on weekends and holidays in order to meet requests, sending information, service confirmation among other activities required by customers, subcontractors and
employees who are providing services during various hours of operation.
3. Receive the people who enter the establishment, identify the purpose of the visit and direct or accompany them to the areas of the company that can serve them.
4. Schedule appointments, interviews, or meetings, and keep supervisors' and managers' agendas or calendars up to date.
5. Attend and channel the requirements, complaints and claims of customers or the general public.
6. Write letters, information or documents to customers, collaborators and / or suppliers using the computer, mail or fax machine.
7. Provide information about the company, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
