Job Summary:
STS, LLC is looking for a new Crew Lead to handle new contracts in the Brevard County area. This position is Part-time with potential for Full-time based on performance. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and dedicated individual capable of running a crew with little to no oversight. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all facets of exterior cleaning services to include paver cleaning, sealing.
Job Description:
The Crew Lead oversees daily field operations, ensuring all pressure washing jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This leadership role is responsible for supervising team members, managing equipment, and serving as the face of the company onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a 2–3-person crew on residential and commercial jobs
- Provide estimates/quotes
- Primary face to face communicator with customers
- Drive service vehicle and manage daily job schedule and routing
- Conduct site assessments, and determine safest, most effective cleaning plan
- Apply pressure washing and soft wash techniques to complex jobs
- Supervise and train technicians on equipment use and safety
- Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain client sign-offs
- Report supply needs, maintenance issues, and customer feedback to management
- Maintain job documentation and digital reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning
- 2+ years experience in paver cleaning/sealing
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Expert knowledge of equipment, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols
- Strong customer communication skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must be dependable, proactive, and capable of representing the brand professionally
- Willing to pass a Background Check
