Job Title: Pressure Washing Technician – Entry Level

Job Summary:
The Entry-Level Technician is responsible for assisting in the cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial properties using pressure washing equipment. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company on the rise. This position is Part-time initially with the possibility of becoming Full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup and breakdown of pressure washing equipment at job sites
- Perform surface cleaning of houses, roofs, driveways, sidewalks, patios, siding, and fences under supervision
- Handle hoses, reels, ladders, and nozzles safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Communicate courteously with clients and team members
- Learn techniques such as soft washing, chemical application, and rinsing procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No experience required; training provided
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Valid driver’s license preferred
