Single doctor private dental practice in need of a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Verifier / Patient Scheduler for an immediate opening.
Full-time, Mon-Fri, Thur off.
This role is the first point of contact for our practice. To be a successful candidate, you must be able to greet everyone in a positive manner, be willing to provide direction, information, and other assistance as needed. Multitasking and time management skills are essential for this position. A successful candidate manages patient appointments, patient registration and check in, obtains and updates accurate patient information, and must verify all patient insurance prior to appointment arrival.
Preferred experience: 2+ years in a dental practice as front desk receptionist
Desired experience: Filing dental claims and collections
