Looking for self motivated and hard working individual that would like the opportunity to start a fun and beneficial career. We are a smaller finish carpentry company that is in need of the right candidate to join our team and grow together. We specialize in all phases of finish carpentry and much more. We do houses from the north end of Anna Maria Island, all the way down to Lido Key. Having your own tools is a plus, but not necessary.
REQUIREMENTS :
2) Do you have a vehicle and valid license?
3) Do you treat people with the same respect you would ask for yourself?
4) Can you work at least 40 hours a week?
5) Do you speak fluent English and are a legal USA resident?
6) Do you have good people skills?
COMPENSATION:
$20.00 - $35.00+ per hour
Top pay rate can be earned by the showcasing of an individuals knowledge, work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to the team. We do not operate like your average company you are used to working for in the manner of our compensation structure. After the first couple of projects if said individual meets all of the described requirements above, we can revisit the rate of pay and company position. Paid vacation, holiday, and annual bonuses after 12 months of employment.
