Ensure homes pass inspections for new move-ins.Review punch list items and coordinate with subcontractors to complete necessary repairs and touch-ups.Perform carpentry work to repair or install items such as trim, doors, cabinets, and fixtures.Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.Qualifications:Be at least 21+ years of ageAbility to read a tape measure, may have to lift up to 50+ lbs, use of power drills and tools, self-motivator, work part of a team, minimum 3 years verifiable experience for anything higher than a helper.Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the dayAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Prior experience in the commercial field requiredPosition may require a drug screenIf you’re a tradesman or tradeswoman looking for skilled trades job opportunities, look no further.
