Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative/Territory Manager to join our team covering Southwest Florida from Tampa to Marco Island, based from Bradenton to Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. This exciting position entails B2B, Public, Private and Residential retail market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage Contact Management Software (CMS ) tracking the sales cycle process. Timely update all contacts, opportunities, notes, schedule and status updated.
Follow-up on leads provided by the company (WARM LEADS) in a timely and thorough manner.
Initiate calls, manage your own appointment schedule and make presentations.
Prequalify prospective clients, assess each opportunity.
Meet with prospective clients to show samples and measure job-site(s).
Create proposals and detailed job-site drawing(s)/ sketch as needed.
Coordinate with office staff to ensure customer needs are met.
Coordinate with project manager and installation crew supervisors to ensure jobs are completed to specifications.
Required to attend, join, and recommend local networking events.
Build up your B2B network of accounts and key contacts.
Must be able to occasionally work home/trade shows (1-3 times per year).
Attend sales meetings as needed at our corporate office in Southeast Florida.
Requirements / Experience:
Must be based in the SWFL area. Bradenton to Fort Myers or the immediate area.
Previous experience in direct sales, retail sales, or customer service is beneficial
Proven experience in lead generation and territory management

Experience a PLUS in fields related to Landscaping, Backyards, Patios, Landscape Design, Swimming Pool Industry, Pavers, Landscape Architectural Design, Stone/Pavers, Auto Sales, Window Sales, Commercial or Residential contracting.
Artificial Grass Experience a PLUS, but NOT required!

Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
