Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and maintain the beauty of Longboat Key? We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join our Client's team as a Condo Groundskeeper Custodial worker. This position is currently temporary but could evolve into a permanent opportunity for the right individual.
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm with 30-minute lunch break. Weekend availability and work on holidays is required.
Pay: $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, and general custodial tasks
- Painting
- Changing light bulbs
- Changing air filters
- Tennis court maintenance
- Pool maintenance
- Handling general work orders
- Cleaning service areas
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Local and National Background Check
- Reliable transportation
- Available for interviews at our agency and with our client
This role involves manual labor and the ability to work outside in the Florida heat and elements.
Note: No electrical or plumbing work is involved in this position.
