Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and maintain the beauty of Longboat Key? We're seeking two energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Client's team as a Condo Groundskeeper Custodial worker. This position is currently temporary but could evolve into a permanent opportunity for the right individual.
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $21-$22 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, and general custodial tasks
- Painting
- Changing light bulbs
- Changing air filters
- Tennis court maintenance
- Pool maintenance
- Handling general work orders
- Cleaning service areas
- Light building maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Local and National Background Check
- Reliable transportation
- Available for interviews at our agency and with our client
This role involves manual labor and the ability to work outside in the Florida heat and elements.
