McGrath's Kitchen & Cocktail has been a part of the Lakewood Ranch community for the last several years and built a loyal guest base by providing great costumer service while delivering fine food and spirits. We are currently looking for individuals that posses high energy to work in a fast paced environment, with a strong desire for providing outstanding costumer service.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure outstanding guest service
Ordering restaurant supplies
Quality of food and beverage
Development and coaching of staff
Effectively direct the work of the restaurant team
Implement and maintain company systems and procedures
Meet restaurant financial goals
Selection, training & scheduling of all employees
Job Requirements:
-Must be able to work flexible/rotating shifts.
-Passion for delivering an outstanding guest service
-Must possess at least 1+ years experience working in a restaurant
