HR Specialist

Description We are offering an employment opportunity for an HR Specialist in Riviera Beach, Florida. The role is focused on managing hiring processes, benefit functions, and recruiting within the telecom industry. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to HR processes and systems, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: Manage and execute hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Oversee and administer benefit functions, including enrollment, changes, and terminations Implement recruiting strategies to attract experience in candidates Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies Manage and maintain HR records and documentation Handle HR-related inquiries and provide appropriate solutions Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required Stay updated on HR trends and legislation changes. Requirements Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions within a corporate setting Demonstrable experience in Hiring Processes and staff recruitment Proven track record in effective Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Knowledge of human resources systems and databases Ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative Aptitude in presenting and public speaking detail oriented certification in Human Resources is a plus.
