Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are in the search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our customer credit applications and records. You will also be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records Regularly monitor customer accounts Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly Utilize software such as Excel, QuickBooks, and Oracle for various tasks Perform account reconciliation tasks Handle billing and cash applications Manage cash collections and commercial collections Utilize SAP and Dynamics for accounts receivable operations. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required Must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Billing processes is necessary Practical knowledge of Cash Applications is essential Experience in Cash Collections is required Must have a background in Commercial Collections Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential Familiarity with Oracle systems is necessary QuickBooks experience is a must Knowledge of SAP systems is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
