Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the hospitality industry, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The successful candidate will be trained to use our in-house software and will take on a variety of responsibilities, including handling high volume accounts payable tasks, coding invoices, managing vendor calls, and overseeing electronic payments.Responsibilities: Handle high volume accounts payable tasks efficiently Code invoices accurately Manage vendor calls professionally and promptly Oversee electronic payments to ensure timely processing Utilize in-house software for various accounting functions Process data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Work with large ERP accounting software system and Microsoft Excel Address any discrepancy in accounts payable Check processing in accordance with company policies and procedures Potential for growth into more responsibilities, pending performance and company needs.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required Familiarity with Check Processing is beneficial Proficiency in Data Entry is essential Ability to identify and resolve Discrepancies is necessaryRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
