We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation logistics for our company. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
Monitoring Driver’s Loads and Movements for on time deliveries
Knowledge of DOT Log Rules and Regulations (Driver’s Logs with split sleepers)
Communicate with Driver’s and Customers
Input/maintain accurate data regarding drivers & deliveries
Dispatch driver’s and confirm load date/time and delivery date/time
Have the ability to work alone / independently
Have the ability to problem solve and rework plans
Communicate Effectively
Basic Knowledge of Equipment (Tractors and Reefer Trailers)
Have the ability to help with equipment failures (call out for service as needed)

McLeod Software Experience
Trimble / Peoplenet Experience
Knowledge of DOT Log Rules and Regulations (Driver’s Logs with split sleepers)
