FULL TIME CARPENTER WANTED

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced carpenter to join our team and contribute to our high standards of craftsmanship.
We are looking for a skilled general carpenter who specializes in a wide range of carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in producing high-quality work in various aspects of carpentry for custom homes and renovations. You will collaborate with our build teams to ensure each project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
General Carpentry Work: Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools.
Frame Construction: Build and set forms for concrete, frame walls and partitions, and install doors, windows, and other fixtures.
Finish Carpentry: Execute tasks such as installing cabinets, countertops, and trim work including baseboards, crown molding, and casing.
Quality Control: Inspect work for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure perfection.
Material Selection: Choose and evaluate appropriate materials, considering factors such as color, texture, strength, and cost to match design specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to ensure designs are feasible and meet client expectations.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise carpentry work.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years preferred of experience as a general carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
Skills: Proficient in using carpentry tools and machinery. Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials.
Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve construction issues effectively.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
